Introduction:
1.X6333 and X6333A, they are all adopted the rectangular guideway on Y and Z axes guideway,
so that to make the machine can bear the heavy duty work than the small one, like X6323.
2.The major difference between X6333 and X6333A, is the joint way between ram and milling head.
On X6333A we choose fixed way design on the joint part that makes X6333A’s
machining rigidity is much stronger than X6333.
3.X6333 milling head can title ±45°, Ram can be swivel 180° horizontally.
X6333A milling head only can swivel 180° horizontally.
Features:
1. For the milling head, we choose the 5HP milling head with Φ100mm quill for X6333.
5HP milling head get the better performance than 3HP milling head, which can make
the machine more efficiently and profitable.
Then we make it happened by changing the design and making the ram structure
much more stranger to afford the weight increment.
Spindle speed range is wide ranged and higher speed, the operator can set the
spindle sleeve automatic or manual feeding according to the workpiece material.
2. For the saddle of X6333, we select a supper strong saddle, so that to make X6333
can load much heavier than X6323 and X6325. The loading weight of X6333 is 350KG.
3. The guideway on saddle is adopted with TF-wearable material,
so as to make the movement fluently.
To increase the working life, the work table and X/Y/Z axes guideways have been hardened,
which rigidity is within HRC45~60.
4. For insuring the accuracy, the worktable and guideway finished quenching
will be going into the following high accuracy processing steps, like milling and grinding.
Adopted strong ribs in the body which makes the machine strong and stable.
Based on the above items, the milling machine is good looking and practical.
